Tumbling classes focus strictly on floor tumbling. The beginner tumbling classes are a supplement to our combination classes (ballet and tap) for 30 minutes either before or after the combination class. The students will learn basic tumbling skills including, but not limited to: forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, front walk-overs, and back walk-overs. Intermediate tumbling students will focus on aerial cartwheels, back handsprings, and running tumbling.

What to wear

Leotard and shorts are recommended for all the tumbling classes and bare feet for traction and safety.
